Lock box
To unlock the lock box:
Front door
To unlock the front door, insert the key and turn it clockwise for one revolution.
To lock the front door, insert the key and keep turning it counterclockwise until it stops moving. Then, lift the handle and turn the key until it is at the 12 o’clock position.
To lock the front door, insert the key and keep turning it counterclockwise until it stops moving. Then, lift the handle and turn the key until it is at the 12 o’clock position.
Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi network is named The Blue Dove. The password is bluedove2010.
Television
There are four remotes:
They are for, from left to right:
To turn on the Roku, press the red power button at the top, then press the home button just below it and to the right. You’ll find the following streaming services available:
To turn on the soundbar, press the power button in the upper left corner. Use the VOL button to increase (push up) and decrease (push down) or mute (press in) the volume.
- The Roku streaming device

- The DVD player
- The television

Bluetooth speakerTo connect to our Bluetooth speaker (a Bowers & Wilkins Zeppelin):
1. Press the button on the Bluetooth adapter
2. Select Esinkin BT Adapter from the Bluetooth settings on your mobile device. For example:
3. Press the power button on the speaker repeatedly until the light glows solid orange. For example:

Showers
The showers in the master bath and guest bath look like this:
To turn on the shower, pull both handles out.
To turn off the shower, push either handle back in.
The upper control knob switches the water between the shower head and the wall jets.
The lower control knob controls the temperature of the water: left is hot, right is cold.

Bathtub
There is a Japanese soaking tub in the master bath. Once the tub is full, you can press the round white button near the rim in order to recirculate the hot water and keep the tub warm.
Back porch
There is a string of lights on the back porch. To turn them on, use the switch inside the brown outlet on the right side of the porch.
The river
We own the property all the way down to the river. Just walk downhill, staying to your right. You’ll find two blue Adirondack chairs to sit in and admire the view of the river.
Garbage
We do not have garbage service at The Blue Dove. Instead, all homes drop their garbage off at the dumpsters. The dumpsters are located on Route 60 as you head back to I-81:

When you leave
When you leave, make sure to:

- Plug back in anything you might have unplugged (e.g. lights).
- Lock basement door.
- Lock porch door.
- Shut off all running water in sinks.
- Lock the front door.
- Return the key to the lockbox.
- Drop the garbage off at the dumpster.
