Never Go North

Amèlie says...

On Friday night, Alison and I were chatting with our neighbor Amèlie about what sights we might like to see this weekend. She recommended three places, all of which we visited yesterday, as we headed east along the north shore of the St. Lawrence River:

• Parc de la Chute-Montmorency (a big waterfall)
• Basilica of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré (a big church)
• ​Baie-Saint-Paul (a small town)

"No matter what you do, though," she told us, "never go north."
