Brothers-in-law
We didn't stay for the end of the competition -- they run for a long time. We stayed for two of Cheyenne's routines and then headed into Old Town Pocatello. Not finding much there, we searched out the newer part of town (the ubiquitous likes of Chipotle, Panera, Hobby Lobby, Petco, etc.) and spent a couple of hours eating and shopping. Our last stop before heading back to Soda Springs was the town of Lava Hot Springs where we found a terrific ice cream shop that served up square scoops of ice cream! After returning to Debbie and Jack's, I napped while Alison spent time with the relatives. Afterward, we all shared an informal dinner, sang happy birthday to David and then drifted off to bed randomly. To cap off our visit, I spent some quality time with Jackie, her boyfriend Ricky and her two rabbits, Boomer and Honey. Honey likes popcorn and Boomer likes grapes -- who would have thought? Apparently, you need to strictly ration the carrots -- too much sugar makes for fat bunnies. PhotosVideo
