Valentine's Day in Philadelphia

For the second year in a row, Alison and I are spending Valentine's weekend in Phildelphia, babysitting for our niece and nephew, Luci and Josh. This year, we are delivering a model train set that I built for them. Notice the stained glass mosaic mountains, colored as a rainbow, in the background.

Looking around my sister's home, I'm pleased to see a few of the other pieces that I've made for her over the years. In chronological order:

- A small table lamp in an Art Deco design
- A flat panel with embedded geodes
- A 28" dining room fixture
- A small mosaic

We all spent an hour at the craft supply store picking out a collection of items to decorate the train set. I'll post some pictures once we are done.
